guarantee of authenticity

Our jewelry pieces are always selected and appraised by a qualified gemologist, they are then inspected and hallmarked in accordance with current customs regulations.

They can only be seen and tried on by appointment in a secure location, after presentation of an identity document.

When a purchase is made, a detailed invoice describing the jewelry piece and its characteristics is given to the buyer. This document is considered a certificate of authenticity and is valid for insurance purposes.

Payments are made via 3D Secure online payment system or, on request, by QR-invoice.

Shipments are insured and require a signature for delivery. For exports (deliveries outside Switzerland), a customs declaration will be made by us.
